About Us
Who We Are
We are a Pan-African Telecoms Systems Integrator and Engineering Services Provider, specialized in designing, implementing, and managing of Coverage Enhance Solutions for Mobile Network Operators (MNO) and their end-users.
Vision Wireless was founded in 2009, at the foot of Mount Fako, Buea, Republic of Cameroon, following the founder’s desire to seek lasting solutions to network challenges faced by mobile end-users who were unable to make calls due to poor coverage or quality issues, post deployment of MNOs’ base stations.
Vision Wireless was therefore incorporated to cater for these end-users who most often could not be listened to by the MNOs as they found it difficult to accommodate or resolve individual complaints from every end-user.
We have since then progressed from resolving complaints from end users only, to collaborating with these MNOs in addressing the complaints of their customers and by so doing, improving on their revenue. These MNOs have also recently been under immense pressure from the Regulatory Authorities to meet the Universal Service Obligations (USO) which constituted part of their commitments to the Telecoms Authority in their license agreement. According to the USO, all MNOs are obliged to ensure that citizens within the territory where they operate, have minimum and satisfactory services and at affordable rates.
Aware of all these prevailing challenges which result to loss of revenue for the MNOs and frustration on the part of the end-users who are unable to make calls due to poor coverage, we have positioned ourselves as the partner of choice committed to ensuring seamless and ubiquitous network services to all.
